In the midst of serene, beautiful nature, lies our lovely home called Sridhama. For elderly people, this place is nothing less than heaven. With great food and service provided by the management, this place truely is an excellent place to live.

We were searching in 1992 for some senior citizens home who could temporarily take care of my mother as our home was being constructed. Our neighbour suggested Pejawara Sridhama and when we visited this place, we were impressed by the cleanliness, ambience, and peaceful atmosphere. My mother immediately liked it and never wanted to move back home. She found the place ideal for her to spend time with other likeminded people. The staff here take excellent care of all inmates, keep track of health and wellbeing, and provide nutritious food. Myself and my wife heartily thank the management and support staff for taking excellent care of my mother.

It is been 3 years since I came home (Sridhama). First time I came to visit, what enticed me was lush green garden, colourful flowers, and cleanliness all around. The happiness of the inmates was very well expressed in their words. All these factors inspired me to join Sridhama. The management take special care of all inmates and staff included to make this ashram a happy place. Daily activities, festive celebrations, musical concerts and other events keep our spirits up. It wouldn’t be wrong to say that Sridhama is a spiritual uplifting, perfect place for the golden years of our lives.

We are truly so blessed to have our mother at Pejawara Sridhama. The beautiful serene space along with kindness, warmth, and compassion of all employees has inspired confidence in us to make the transition for our mother where she gets to spend her golden years so joyfully. Amma cherishes the friendships she has found and thoroughly enjoys being part of all communal activities like bhajans, singing classes, concerts and many more. We are so thankful to the entire team for going above and beyond in ensuring Amma’s utmost comfort, and could not be happier with our experience.

It been 3 years in Sridhama and the time has just flown by. We have all facilities here and the food is absolutely delicious and nutritious too. It really feels like home to me. There is Vittal dhama next door and pooja mandir inside the ashram as well. We do bhajans in morning, pranayama and spiritual listening in the evening that keeps us engaged and motivated all day long. There are occasional outings and concerts as well that brings a welcome change to our daily routine. All in all, it’s a pleasant experience to be here.

I have lived in Sridhama for nearly 10 years. Though it was good to begin with, it got a bit difficult, few years later things have changed and I have gone back to be happy again. The environment, food, social and religious activities keep our spirits high and active. I am so happy to be here that it hardly makes me think of home.
